Senior Sales Specialist – Orthopaedic Medical Devices

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who wants to actively contribute to building and developing our sales function.

 

What you will do
  • Develop business in the Czech Republic and abroad
  • Establish cooperation with hospitals and build relationships with surgeons and KOLs
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts
  • Contribute to setting up sales and pricing strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the market
  • Present the technology and its clinical benefits, organize workshops and training sessions, and represent the company at congresses
  • Initiate hospital purchasing processes and hand over the necessary documentation to the internal team

 

Who we are looking for
  • Experience in medical device sales or in the hospital segment
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a sales role
  • Good understanding of the hospital environment and purchasing processes
  • Ability to independently lead commercial negotiations and develop key regions
  • A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to turn opportunities into concrete results
  • Ability to build relationships with doctors and key partners
  • Proactive, flexible approach and comfort working in a smaller company environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed, although most of the agenda takes place online
  • Fluent Czech and communicative English; German is an advantage
